YMCA Wales Community College
YMCA Wales Community College is the smallest further education provider in Wales, and earlier this year celebrated a record-breaking Estyn inspection result. The college was awarded grade 1 results across all seven key areas in its adult community-based learning inspection – the highest achievement possible.

Revenue Matters
YMCA Wales has recently won an award from HM Revenue & Customs to run a three-year programme of free-access workshops throughout Wales supported by a dedicated e-briefing service. Our Revenue Matters training programme will deliver annual workshops to train representatives from Third Sector organisations in basic information about HMRC services and products in order to increase access to advice and the take-up of benefits/ credits by HMRC’s hard-to-reach clients in Wales. Our training programme will also be supported by a dedicated email advice service for training workshop participants in order to consolidate capacity building within Third Sector organisations in Wales. Project Management - An approach for the voluntary sector.
This course aims to deliver an understanding of the principles and practices of project management, exploring a range of project management techniques to assist in the initiation, planning and evaluation of projects.
The course is designed to help those who work in voluntary sector organisations to be more confident and able to initiate, implement and evaluate a project.
Introducing Neuro-linguistic Programming
During these practical seminars, participants will dicover the fulfilling and powerfully effective techniques to change themselves.
